How does the 15% lifetime affiliate work?
Every client you onboard accrues 15% of their recurring subscription as your affiliate share — for as long as they stay on Baslic. Your earnings are tracked transparently in your dashboard kumbara today. Automatic Stripe Connect payouts launch Q3 2026; until then we can settle manually on request. Can I onboard clients without them creating their own accounts?
Today, every client needs their own Baslic workspace (so receipts flow into THEIR books, not yours). You send a 6-character invite code; they sign up in under a minute, no credit card, no training. You get read-only or suggest-mode access from day one.
What happens to suggest-mode changes my client doesn’t accept?
Your suggestion appears in their inbox with the original AI value and your proposed value side by side. They can Accept (your value applies), Decline (original stands), or ignore. Either way, the suggestion is logged in the audit trail with a timestamp and the ruleId — nothing is overwritten silently.
Do you support white-labeled reports for my firm?
Not yet — on the roadmap. Today exports carry a small "Built with Baslic" line in the footer. White-label PDF + CSV templates are planned for later this year. If it's a deal-breaker, email Ozdemir — early customers get to vote on what ships first.
Which export formats work best for Finnish accounting tools?
Procountor and Netvisor get a one-click ZIP that imports as a batch — no per-receipt clicking. e-conomic and Fortnox use the same mechanism. CSV with extended VAT columns works for any tool that doesn't have a native importer. We add new direct integrations on customer request.
