Is there really a free tier? What's the catch?
No catch. 15 receipts/month, 5 Timo queries/month, CSV export. Free forever — we make money on the paid tiers, not by trapping you.
What happens when I exceed my receipt limit?
We hold the new receipts in a queue and notify you. Nothing gets lost. Upgrade anytime to release them, or wait for next month's reset.
Can I switch tiers mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades are prorated — you only pay the difference for the days remaining. Downgrades take effect next billing period.
Does the 14-day trial require a credit card?
Yes — we collect card details at checkout so the trial converts seamlessly if you keep going. You can cancel anytime in the Stripe portal before day 14 and you won't be charged.
What's the difference between Solo Pro and Business Pro?
Solo Pro is built for one person — 150 receipts, 1 inbox. Business Pro is for higher volume: 500 receipts, 1 inbox, audit trail, priority support.
