Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. Free forever, 15 receipts/month, no credit card needed on Free. We make money on Solo Pro, Business Pro, and Accountant tiers. The Free plan covers many freelancers indefinitely and we'd rather have you on the platform forever than push an upgrade you don't need.
What happens at the 16th receipt of the month?
The 16th receipt sits in your inbox queued — it's not deleted or rejected, just held. You get an email asking if you'd like to upgrade to Solo Pro (€15/month for 150 receipts) or wait until next month's reset. No surprise charges.
Can I forward from any email address?
Any email account you control. Each workspace gets one unique forwarding inbox; you can forward into it freely from Gmail, Outlook, Fastmail, your accountant's domain, anything. No app install.
Do I need to install an app?
No. The whole flow is email forwarding plus the web dashboard. For paper receipts there's an optional mobile photo capture (PWA — works in any phone browser, no App Store download). Native apps are on the roadmap if there's demand.
What if my accountant isn't on Baslic?
Most aren't — that's fine. Export your monthly ZIP (CSV + PDF index) and email it to whoever does your books. It works with Procountor, Netvisor, e-conomic, and any tool that takes a CSV. Your accountant doesn't need an account.
